They don't make repairs, they barely replace light bulbs, only thing they change is the smoke alarm batteries and the air filter, which is some cheap paper filter that's always covered in dirt by they time they come to change it (once a year). You have to pay for trash, water, AND sewer, amenities ARE NOT COVERED. They leave the car gate open all day and night, so anybody can just drive in like its a park-n-ride. My car has been broken into 3 times since I've lived here, and just other day my car was hit on the parking lot and on-site manager didn't give two shits about it. Stated "park at your own risk" even though its not anywhere written on parking lot OR THE LEASE. If it was the on-site manager's car that got hit, I'm sure they would make this their top priority, BUT NOT THIER TENANTS???. Upper management has also refused to release CCTV of the incident even with a police report, AND I even had sheriff ask them for footage in-person, so I cant do repairs through my insurance. On-site manager has been placed and replaced 3 times in the last year. Parking lot is always full of trash and pool was green for MONTHS. This place is a rat hole, please find other places to live. Staff is inconsiderate and rude. NO STARS.
